Latasha is back from her EGD procedure, and everything went well. They were able to place the feeding tube into the small intestine and give her shots of Botox in the pylorus.
So now we wait. We will know in a few days once the swelling goes down if it worked, although the efficacy of it is low so I’m not getting my hopes too high. They’re starting the notional tube feedings today, and as long as Tasha tolerates them, she should be discharged tomorrow and headed back to home-sweet-home Dayton.
We cannot wait to get Jack, Gunner, and Binx home. More to follow tomorrow.
